If you look at the Windstone holiday party photo in this thread, it looks like Windstone has a little over 20 people — notice that Vantid is missing in that photo (Melody, John, Chessie, and Griffin are in it though).

For preordering, can we do it over email as well as phone? I don’t even have a phone right now cause my cell phone is busted (yea, I dropped that down 2 flights of stairs while looking at houses earlier) and we got rid of our house phone…you know….since we had cell phones….*grumble* LOL, I guess it’s a bit ironic

Actually, we saw about 10 pieces of crap and 1 REALLY AWESOME AND PERFECT PLACE!!!! Though…. it is a two family house with a finished basement, which is really cool…..for……$339,900!

ACK!!! And its a forclosure on top of that! I have to slam that price down to even have a chance…but the BEST PART! is that there was a space in the kitchen where the wall was gutted out and a big, in-set open cabinet was built inside! PERFECT FOR MY WINDSTONES! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! I’m going to try and lowball it for 270 and see if that laugh at me. Even that is streaching my budget, but it was really nice! Ne whardwoods too and 2 private outside porches.

I do too, but I’m not getting my hopes up anymore, it’s just way to painful to keep having your heart set on somethng and then having it snatched away. LOL, I deal with that enough on ebay! HAH!

LOL Nirvana! One of the other houses we bid 260 on because the whole outside was rotted fashia boards & shingle siding, and the gutters were falling off because of the rot. All the tops of the windows were rotted wood & the roof was a disaster too (hence why the outside was all so rotted away) The asking price was 320 and after we bid (expecting them to come back with something in the middle) They gave us a reply offer of 318! Just 2 grand off, so we went back with 258 and laughed it off. They didn’t reply back to us 😆

those are freakishly high prices….
