        Well, I had ordered a brown-eyed kirin ’cause I wanted to do one to match my family. I mean that little one’s got to have a big brother. 😀

        But lo! I thought they had dark brown eyes! Turns out it’s light brown 🙁

        So now, I need to order another one, and in the meantime, I have a dark brown eyed kirin I hadn’t planned on. I really like the koi idea; think it might look ok with that type of eyes? I mean, they’re almost black.

          I dunno about a koi w/brown eyes. Must defer to the fish experts on this one. Good luck with it, though!

            I think it you could do a koi. Frozen did a kirin for me in the koi style that has grey eyes and it looks really cool.
