After much arguing between my hubby and I- I just went ahead and listed these.
The story goes like this- I finally got a set of three curls– one in each color so I would have a “set”– I was talking to my hubby about them for weeks trying to warm him up to the fact that I had just spent more money on windstones- I finally told him and he was like- so what else is new? lol
anywho- he intercepts an email- bing bang boom somehow buys another set!!! He said he wants to have one for each of our sons– but I was like- are you crazy??? (since I had borrowed money out of savings just to get the first set!)
Needless to say I am listing them on ebay– maybe they will even help pay for MY set— my SONS can fight over them when I die– no wait– these might fit in an urn right? hahaha
I seriously love these guys so much I would keep two sets– but it is just not a good time for us to be throwing money around. I know my hubbys heart was in the right place– but geeze!Side Note: I listed my newest PYO dragon– I don’t know when they will be there as I have already listed- but sometimes it takes a while with evilbay 🙂

Well I put a BIN price of $130 so– we’ll see what happens– I guess I would be really nice if it ended up paying for my set— then I would have to change my tune from– what were you thinking– to thank you hunny *batting eyes*

since not everyone who buys windstones are on this forum…they might not know more about the curls.
I would add that they are limited production, signed, and come with letters of ath. and whatnot. Talk up how very very rare they are!I just told Griffiness on the “some curlie families to look at” thread that some one had put all three colors on ebay. griffiness had mentioned that they were def. on the list now.
Yea, I’m even considering selling mine!

I do feel a little bad tho- I would have rathered they just have BIN for the $130 and that would have just paid for my set too… but the bidding just went crazy. Wish that would happen on my pyos!I forgot you had the BIN on there. You’re right, the bidding was crazy – but hey, I wouldn’t feel sorry for folks who don’t do their research.
I agree with GB, you weren’t scamming or anything of the sort, you have no reason feel bad and every reason to be deliriously happy!

I am very happy I didn’t even have to pay for my set– very very very happy– so I went out and bought a little frog wizard for myself and I am looking for the little prince so I can sorta have the set.. I know there is another little frog but kinda different than the prince and wizard.
sigh– I have the disease– there should be a WEA group- windstone editions anonomous
I also found a peacock curled father and bought it probably to resell since after I bought it I realized I would never be able to afford the mama.
PLUS I also found an emerald young oriental that I am thinking about buying too– yikes! I better get to painting more pyos!
