Just a general question from a newbie here….forgive the ignorance.

Ok, *just* noticed that Windstone put up some PYO’s on ebay! Soooo, I bought 4!!

I sent an email to them asking if they combine ship but haven’t heard back yet. I can’t help it, I am just too anxious to pay and have them shipped here! Do they even combine ship? I didn’t notice anything in their ebay auction ad and if they don’t I’ll just go ahead and pay for each one without waiting to hear back.

Also, how long does it typically take after you pay Windstone to get your PYO’s (I’m in the USA)?

This newbie thanks you in advance for any help that you may give! This is the first time I’ve ordered anything directly from Windstone.

    Smiles 😀

      Welcome!

I live in canada and it usually takes 10-14 days for stuff to get to me from the factory. I can’t imagine it taking longer if it doesn’t have to cross the border.

They do combine shipping. Give them a day or so to send you the invoice.

Sweet. Thanks for the help. 😉

By the way, did you notice the PYO order page, here on this very website? http://www.windstoneeditions.com/paintyourown.htm

That way you don’t have to wait for Karen to post some on ebay, and even better, you can order the exact eye/jewel color combo that you want!

So few of the people who buy on ebay know about this page! I wish there was some way to make it more obvious!

I’m in northern California, so it usually takes 1-2 days for me to get stuff from Windstone. I think it might take ~5 days for stuff to Texas.

I work in San Ramon and have several friends in SJ. I’m heading to the wharehouse next Monday down 101 so I will be going right by you. I’m staying at my friends house in South San Jose (Blossom Hill area) on Sunday to get an early start on Monday

I’m in central California and I get mine in about 1 to 2 days too. Windstone is really quick when they do orders.

I’m just north of Stockton CA and I get my items very quickly too. Karen and Susie are GREAT

I live in NY and it takes exactly one week to get mine- 7days 😯 stinking ups– no delivery on sat or sun- but its worth the wait!
