Here is my new dragon. I love how he came out! It’s totally different than what I started to paint, but it came out so nice. If not for the fact I am saving my Ebay winnings for a mew mare, I would keep it.
The eye rims aren’t white but a creamy beige that blends in to the red/brown.
I just don’t know if I should touch it up with interference green.

and covering up the white spot under his butt…. 😯
it’s sad I know it’s not a part of the dragon…but I always paint that part the same color as the dragon
February 7, 2007 at 4:25 am #536541Love those colors.
February 7, 2007 at 4:29 am #536542I love the darker part on his face (antiquing?). It reminds me of a tree.
February 7, 2007 at 4:34 am #536543Yeah, I need to paint the butt stump!
I am afraid the interference green will clash with the old green I used on him.
The actual color is close to a tiger brown/red and the green is really close to the green eyes with yellow blending between the two.February 7, 2007 at 4:36 am #536544Phoenix wrote:Yeah, I need to paint the butt stump!

February 7, 2007 at 7:00 am #536545I love the beige color.
February 7, 2007 at 8:37 am #536546Aww, I like him lots! He looks like he could almost be a production Windstone color. He reminds me of fallen leaves
February 7, 2007 at 3:52 pm #536547Thank you! I think it’s the best I’ve done so far. This is number 10. Glad I’m making progress. I was getting so down cause the others weren’t coming out to my expectations! Well, my bumblebee, but I think that was a fluke!
Thanks all!February 7, 2007 at 4:58 pm #536548Very nice, natural-looking color. You’re a fast painter too, just like frozen!
February 7, 2007 at 5:00 pm #536549Wow GB, you actually made me weepy! I hate hormones!
February 7, 2007 at 5:02 pm #536550I’m sorry! 😆 Fast painting is great when you can do it – it always gives us more OOAKs to ooh and aah over!
February 7, 2007 at 5:08 pm #536551I know. I am crying with joy! I’m in process of being a surrogate so I am having mood swings from He11! All the hormones I’m pumping into myself is crazy!
You should watch me listen to a country music song. Really entertaining!I do appreciate the comments (good and bad) on my painting.
