In case you didn’t see him, black griffinin the UK. Fair price too.

Edit: Only a good buy if you’re actually in the UK! Shipping elsewhere is very expensive! Sorry, I hadn’t noticed….

Too bad it isn’t closer. Shipping costs are probably going to be expensive for canada and U.S.

        #535416

That is a good price, and he looks in good condition too.

DAAAAAAAAANG!! $110 shipping to the European Union and Ireland? I wouldn’t even ask for shipping to North America 😯

😯 I didn’t even notice the shipping. It’s not such a good price after all.

            WOW! You’re right! I hadn’t noticed that… Hmmm, I guess he isn’t such a great buy after all 🙁

I asked for shipping to Canada and I was quoted a price of GBP58.00 so I’m out! LOL And the seller also mentioned “outside the European Union is GBP63.83 (excludes British Value Added tax)” which is almost as much as the item!

I know it costs a lot to mail stuff from England to the U.S. I was going to ship some of my souveniers back home when I was there this summer, but it would have cost me an arm and a leg. I ended up buying a bigger carry-on when I was there to avoid that expense. The carry-on was cheaper.

yeah, you might as well do that then have them shipped. I was going to buy some furniture when I was in India, but then I found out how much shipping was and I decided not to get any.

Woe to overseas shipping. Again… 😆

I would have said for weight and insurance 50$ from UK to Europe (!!!) is realistic, but THAT much sounds like someone walks the piece to its destination.

I think it’s cheaper to ship to other countries from the U.S. than it is the other way around. I sent a Hyena Gargoyle to a customer in Japan and it cost about $70 with insurance. And that sucker is heavy! So I think that was okay. I wouldn’t have paid it, but he didn’t even quibble. He was nice enough to tell me when it arrived that it had arrived safely too. Sending myself a box of books (around 5 hardcovers) from England to the U.S. would have cost me $100. The Gargoyle was way heavier than those books were.
