I really can’t believe what these have been going for on ebay lately! I like them, I want to get the two I don’t have, but I just CAN’T bring myself to pay over $40 for them. They’re three inches tall! If I’m paying $50+ for something three inches tall, it had better be plated in 24 karat gold, or be a one of a kind, or something!

Anyhow, I need the white bat wing, and the black bird wing flapcats. I’ll pay $40 for either one, in mint condition or slightly dinged, so long as it’s not actually broken, I’m not really fussed about mint. I just want them!

I don’t see anything on here about whippet selling a flapcat. Did I miss it somehow?

I have a black bat winged flapcat. I don’t know if you would be interested in it or not. Both ear tips are chipped, the necklace is chipped in three places. And it looks like someone tried to paint on the necklace. I’ll post pictures if you are interested. (I don’t know why you would be. When I bought it, it was supposed to have one nick. When I cleared the dust and dirt off of it that’s what was there.)

I’m still looking. Given that the price on ebay seems to be rising on these puppies, I could go as high as $50, plus shipping.

Also, I’m still looking for a home for my purple young dragon. It’s sad, because I think my repaint devalued him pretty badly. Poor little unwanted guy. If anybody wants him, either for the purple, or to repaint again, I’d sell him for $30. Or trade him for pretty much anything.

And I’ve decided to sell my emerald oriental. If I don’t get what I want here, I’ll try ebay. He’s 100% perfectly mint. Has original box. I believe I paid $180 for him, and I’d like to get the same back. Or I’ll trade him for a mint dark peacock, or a mint jade oriental, but like that’s going to happen!

You still looking for the flapcat? I think I have a siamese batwing, but he’s got one of his paws broken off….I’ll double check to make sure he’s the bat wing.

Yup, it’s mint.

And I’ve seen those flapcats on ebay. I’m watching both of them. But I would rather just BUY one and quit watching them go up higher than I can afford to pay just now. The last FOUR flapcats I watched all went over $50, and it’s really frustrating.
