😆 Thanks Ski! I wasn’t going to encourage to her to go out in the snow. I’m sure she’s more used to snow than I am, though…
January 29, 2007 at 5:46 pm #533765I’m sorry if this is completely off topic, but I’m waiting for the griffin auctions (mother grifs). Does anyone know or have a hunch when they might be posted?
January 29, 2007 at 5:46 pm #533766haha! No prob.
Nams griffin just ended.. at $232.53, you were outbid. It was fun to watch, though.
January 29, 2007 at 5:49 pm #533767I’m working…kind of. I hate work. I’ve BEEN working on my mockingbird griffin- which looked GREAT until yesterday when I put on the light gray which I HATE the color and am very irritated with it- it was supposed to be light brown. My momeory of the birds combined with the pics I’ve got printed out conflict…and none to look at in RL yet! Grr..

No, sorry. I sure dont. I have not gotten an email announcing them, either.

Just paint over it with a better color. I have just painted my red dragon black cuz I got so fed up with it. The poor thing is totally black…

Hehe, that was the kirin. The griffin is still going. How odd that this griffin is going for the least amount of any of the PYOs- when it’s the one I invested the most time and effort into, I think! Huh! The topping irony is that the copperplate didn’t take as long and it went for so high. This is why I never know what my income will be from week to week! 😉 Time invested does not equal time paid for me. 😆

There is still time, though. Most of the action is in the last minute!
January 29, 2007 at 6:04 pm #533772Your pieces are selling well, Nam. Congrats!
I’m about to go give the Kid – youngest brother – a German lesson. Then I need to finish some sales tax accounting exercises and of course keep up with the forum. 🙂January 29, 2007 at 6:04 pm #533773Nambroth wrote:Hehe, that was the kirin. The griffin is still going.

I personally like the copperplate better. I see what you mean about fluctuating income though. How scary. Its not over yet, though. It could jump up at the end.

It is really scary sometimes. Especially now that we have car payments. Ack. 🙁
