It’s my first little dragon PYO! ^_^ I did this one lats night – I see a lot of spots that need touching up, but I already have photos so I thought I’d put them up. I tried to make my wing stripes different from Water’s…hope I succeeded! I really want to paint a big keeper PYO to match this little guy…This one is for my fiance – it’s in his three favorite colors – but I think I will paint a similar one for ebay soon.

He has interference red paint on his wings, shoulders, face, neck and thighs…it’s very subtle, but it gives it a really neat shine.

Lovely ❗ The stripes are perfect, and shading is perfect, the colors are perfect…I LOVE those stripes. ❗ Lucky fiance.
I still don-t understand how people can paint a PYO in one sitting.

That’s neat. I was hoping someone would do a red and black.

I love how you did the wings like a spider web! How unique!

AH CRAP! Mine looks almost like that, but it’s all inverted, red belly, black body, red stripes! LOL
It looks badass though! Eben will LOVE it!

Don’t worry about it!! Especially if it’s inverted – that makes it totally different. I can’t believe people havn’t done any red and blacks yet – I thought that was a really popular color scheme! Anyway, I expect there will be more like this.

I love red and black together. Black and purple is really nice too.

Well, I did spend all day on it. Probably 12 hours all told. I probably should have spent longer on it – if I had, it would be cleaner – but I was compelled to finish it. The dragons ARE a lot easier to paint than anything else I’ve done so far though!

Okay, 12 hours makes sense. 😀 It was just the way you casually said you did it last night that impressed me

Ah, well, that’s because I keep weird hours. I generally go to bed at 4 or 5 in the morning, so I almost always get up in the afternoon…by the time I start work it’s evening!

Very hot!!! I have normally liked your natural animal pyos better…but gosh this is a nice color combo. I am just amazed! Your shading skills are wonderful!
