So I see that the first Mother Griffin to be put up is going to be the White one. *wicked excited* I know this is a total shot in the dark, but what kinds of chicks do you plan on painting when they come around? Are the going to match the sets?
See, I had this funny idea that will probably not happen, but I was going to set up my black male griffin with the white mom (hopefully the auction lasts more then 1 minute and I get one, LOL) To make kind of an odd couple family since I missed out on the White Males. So here’s my idea, black and white spotted chicks! Like maybe on just the kitten parts. Kind of like the little flap cats that were released about a year ago. LOL! It was a cute passing thought I had. I could easily enough get one black chick and one white chick too though, but you know I like to be difficult =)

I actually did test paint some griffins like that!
They look really stupid. It is hard to do convicing spots with paint unless you paint every hair along the edge, like those great model horse painters do. I may keep trying though, I love spotted animals, and that is a cute idea.LOL! You know how many of your “so called” stupid, disaster, experimental paint jobs we all just love! I bet they don’t look as bad as you think =)

Black female and a white or albino – whichever male is still available directly from Windstone – and I could make myself a odd family in the original colors too.
I think quite a few people intend to have mixed color griffin families, so mixed chicks would be pretty cool! I personally want solid chicks too, though…oooh, a tiny little white chick! Eeee!

yup….I think she said eventually…
but yeah she did say there would be some of the old colors in all the new griffins..

Hoakay.. It will have to wait till I get back though. We are off to Oregon tomorrow (Not stopping in Stockton this time) I’ve got The Muse with me to work on, and a dixie cup to put over it at night.
