Ms Pena, you do REALLY GOOD fantasy creatures (both plant, animal and whatever…). They are awesome!! I can’t wait for Mondays so see what happens next in this graphic novel – wonderful!
Snooze button in a snake, I like it! Knew Kade was a true fool, they always know what to do, even when heading into danger. Poor Serence must feel unnecessary. I didn’t notice typos until they were pointed out. Great panel
I still say the problem with Kade is his relationship with the rest of the universe. It is great that he can heal Serence, but would the situation even have occurred if Kade wasn’t off picking Leopard King Cups?
This journey should be an interesting learning experience for him.
I wonder, too, if it would have occurred if Serence had stopped trying to be lofty for a moment and learned to speak concisely and get to the point. He had known Kade all his life, yet still does not recognize that his brother’s attention wanders and that he needs to be brief. They both have things to learn, I think. Kade needs focus, Serence needs to learn what to focus ON.
