My first thought was flowering plum, but I’m not sure if that is right.

My mom has a non-fruit bearing cherry tree in her backyard. The flowers are similar, but the new growth on her tree isn’t that maroon color.

What is the label on the mystery tree?

Label made me question it,Patio Peach, but it looks nothing like this.
                Thanks y’all.

It could be a peach tree. If you Google purple leaf peach you get results for dwarf peach trees with purple leaves.

This is info about “Bonfire”. One seller (not this article) called it a “patio peach”.

Now I know that some peach trees have purple leaves!
