I wonder if they would look ok in those colors. So far, the rougher texture of their scale doesn’t seem to matter too much.
OH, a golden queen, like in the Pern books… I get it!

We’ve had everything but the bronzes and blues! I imagine lots of folks would create a Pern family of dragons if they could- maybe they have, in repaints.
But then their faceted eyes… 🤔

Spinning off topic, but which figures would people use for which colors? I’d have the Secret Keeper the gold queen, Emperor or Old Warrior could be bronze, Male for brown, Scratcher for green but could use Lap, although the blues are males I’d be tempted to use the Mother as blue.

I’ve thought of doing a collection of the rock dragons in the Pern colors. Always loved Menolly’s story with her fire lizards. But again, the faceted eyes…
We going to get the PYO rock dragon soon? pretty please?

For Pern dragons, we really need a Bronze color!

Always looking for a lovely GB Young Unicorns, TP Male Dragons or TP Male Griffins!

                      Yes!

And also a blue that’s just straight-up blue. (I love Blue Morpho but it’s definitely not a Pern Blue Dragon sort of blue colorway.)

Interested in buying or trading for: GB Pebble Sitting Red Fox in dark grey, Lap Dragon Test Paints (Water Sprite, Glacial Pearl, Opulence, Pastel Rainbow, and many others - see my Classifieds ad), Blue Morpho OW, GB Pebble Loaf dragons in blue/aqua/teal, and Griffin Test Paints (Black Rainbow or Frosted Jade).
