Is the baby pegasus without a necklace rare? There’s one on eBay right now. I thought it looked strange when I was scrolling down the page, looking for dragons, but took me a minute to figure out why it stood out to me. Then I realized: it didn’t have a necklace on it!

The baby Pegasus without a necklace is semi-rare. Based on my several years of watching ebay, I would say that the mother Pegasus without a necklace is much harder to find!
Melody originally sculpted all the Pegasi without necklaces. However, she thought that the mother and baby looked too plain so she added the necklaces to them but not to the male Pegasus and the hatching peg. Maybe the male is too macho for a necklace?
