Hi guys, been years and I’m out of touch with the way the forum works.
I need help. Can someone help me? I’m trying to post photos but can’t remember how.
BTW I’m very visual so please give details.

Welcome back! I’ve been around here at least since 2012, but I think you had already gone when I started posting.It doesn’t matter that you don’t remember, because it is different now that Windstone is running on different software.
The first requirement is that you select the “Visual” tab when posting, which gives a white background to what you type. Then there is an icon of mountains in a rectangle available.
When you click on the image icon, you get a pop-up to select a picture. Click the icon of a magnifying glass over a folder (which looks kinda like a camera). You will be able to select a file to upload from your computer.
If you want to put more than one pic in a post, you need to deselect the one you just added, or adding a second one will overwrite it. Just click/tap where you want the second pic to be.
My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.
Great advice! Also when I post pics I usually write something first and then hit enter and then click on the picture icon as shown above to post a photo below my writing. Or you can post a photo first and then hit enter to type below it. If you want another picture below that what I do is just click my mouse beside the current photo to deselect it and then hit enter to post another one below. As she said above, you have to make sure the current picture isn’t selected when you hit enter or it will delete it and then you have to post it again.

Below the box where you write text for a Forum post is a section called “Attachments”
Click on “Select file” in the white box – that will allow you to link a photo from your computer, and I think from a phone or a camera also.
There is a size limit – slightly under 1 MB.
I find that I have to be careful with the titles/photo ID. It won’t accept anything with # or ( ) or & and probably other symbols as well. Underscore _ is OK and probably dash- (though I don’t think that I have tried dash).Once you have selected your image and it is showing in the Attachments box there will be three options to the right of the box.
Click on “Insert into Content” to have the photo appear in your post.
Then submit your post as you normally would.
I think that you can have three photos per post.
