My main resolution is to succeed in graduating from the self-paced online transcription course I’ve been taking and to then get established with some of my own direct clients so that I can quit working for the low-paying transcription company I’ve been working for in these recent months! It’s daunting, but exciting.
It’s been a resolution for quite some time now for my husband and I to move and be roommate free, but I’m done saying “We’re going to do it this year!” I’ll just say that I hope this year we at least get decently closer to being ready to do so. My establishing some of my own clients and getting paid decently will help with that if all goes well.

This year I’m going to really try to workout, eat healthier and generally take better care of myself physically and mentally. I’ve signed up for a 6-week Kickboxing class that starts on Jan.16th and I’m looking forward to it. I’m also thinking of joining Weight Watchers. A few of my co-workers have been in it for a couple years and really like it. The best part is that it’s sponsored by my company and we get a Fitness benefit that covers almost all of the WW program costs, so it’s almost like joining for free. 😀
