Baby Ki-Rin – Grab Bag Edition

This is a grab bag edition of the  sitting Baby Ki-Rins. These have been individually painted in a assortment of wild fantasy colors and patterns.  Many of these patterns were inspired by Koi markings,  but this batch also includes a few lovely “paint-barf”,  ribbons-and-stripes, and other  fantasy patterns.  Even the more realistic koi patterned Ki-Rins in this batch have been given a dusting of magic rainbow sparkle paint to make them special.  This unique paint is visible as specks of rainbow colors under a strong direct light source, or in the sunlight.

These Baby K-Rins have either silver or gold colored pewter horns and a variety of different eye colors.   These were painted by Melody and she has signed their tiny felt pads and marked them with  “GB”  (for Grab Bag)  and dated them 2/2017.  They are about 3″ tall.

This is a “grab bag” which means that the color of the Baby Ki-Rin you receive is a secret until you open the box!  An order is for one Baby Ki-Rin.  The picture shows a selection of those in the group to give an idea of the color possibilities.   This is a cast gypsum reproduction of an original sculpture by Melody Peña produced by Windstone Editions.  For indoor display only.
