It is SNOWING!!!!!!!
I know,you guys that deal with it every year are probably rolling your eyes at me but for me…this is the first time it has snowed, and like this,in my lifetime of 58yrs[and counting]down here.It is AWESOME!!!!! Missed my white Christmas but it is still so lovely.it is still snowing too.I have a few photos but not able to load them yet.I woke up to a white neighborhood,it’s so cool! I wondered why my cats all came in last night,Sharkbait NEVER comes in and she did.Curled up in a ball on a cushion and knocked out.They knew.Our news said snow in the northern counties but we got a wonderful surprise too.Not going anywhere today but enjoying this.lol

I am soo jealous of you right now. Here in western Colorado until the last week its still been hitting the high 60’s to low 70’s. This last week it has stayed below freezing, which temp wise I love, but still no rain or snow in this area. I really miss both and I want snow.. LOTS and LOTS of snow!
Enjoy the snow and curl up with the cats and some hot cocoa!

It’s snowing in my part of Alabama right now. We’re in the process of trying to pick up my boys to head to my mother’s retirement party this afternoon. We decided to head out earlier because of the weather. We also have packed bags so we can stay the night just in case.
Yes ma’am,not going anywhere today.These people cannot drive properly in excellent weather muchless like this?Nope,not me.LOL I am sure this will be gone in a day but it is at least 1/2ft.here,streets are clear and kids can have a ball.I have enjoyed watching it fall for a couple of hours outside my window with a good cup of java on hand.It really has made my little yard so pretty but my plants are not liking it.My Peonies and Confederate Roses are bent over to the ground with the weight of the snow.It stuck.

I am in Northern California and the mountains like Mount Tam. get snow but none for me here…
But I grew up and lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan until my early 30’s so miss the White Wonderland.

Oooooooo! Bodine, that’s what I do when it snows here – brew a lot of coffee and stare out the window! Us folks from places where it doesn’t snow REALLY enjoy seeing it happen! Its so magical! We’ve got clear sky here in Oregon, freezing at night but nothing falling out of the sky at all. ENJOY your winter wonderland!

Nice pictures! That’s funny as up where I live in Calgary, Alberta we gets tons of snow and freezing weather for sometimes like half the year but it’s actually been nice for the last week or two with temperatures above freezing and no snow. We did have lots of snow a few weeks ago though but it comes and goes.

I know this is a Very Major and Special Event for you guys! And you’re so correct about Southern drivers and unexpected Winter weather. I’m originally from Georgia and a dusting of snow would cause accidents!
