On August 16th we sent out an email announcement about the Grab Bag Pebble Wolves and we’ve had several people tell us that they didn’t get theirs. Its possible that these are getting filtered out of your “in-box” by your spam filter. If you don’t see a message from us – please check your “junk” mail box. You may need to train your email to accept them as something that you want to see.
Yes – I received an email. The one about the GB Wolf being restocked and one announcing the GB Pebble Wolf was now in the store. Also received one about 30 min or so ago about the limit being lifted.

September Raffle Prize 2022 AHD Male GriffinSoooo… if you had pressed the “join waitlist” button after the last Grab Bag Pebble Wolf batch, you would have received the email saying that the Grab Bag Pebble Wolves had been restocked. If you are signed up for our Announcements, you would have received an email on the 16th that we had the Grab Bag Pebble Wolves in the store, and one today saying that we had lifted the limit on them. The email announcement I sent on the 16th had an exclamation point in the subject line – which may have caused it to get sent into your junk mail folder as spam. Sorry about that! I didn’t know that was a factor! (I love !!!’s) If you are sure you should be getting email announcements and didn’t get them, please check to see if its in with junk mail – you may need to tell your email that it is not junk in order to teach it not to send future emails in there as well.
I got two e-mails. One saying they had been released and a second saying they were still in stock.

My keyboard is broken. I keep pressing "Escape", but I'm still here.

I have signed up for store announcements, which have never gone to my junk folder….and I double checked the folder this time around, and it wasnt there. I have also signed up to be notified they are back in stock, and I didnt get that either. My email is correct, so I dont know why im not getting them
