Male Pegasus – Copper Patina

This is the Male Pegasus in “Copper Patina”. These “rescue” pegasus are pieces that had slight casting defects. Normally we would have destroyed them, but we have devised a way to make use of otherwise perfectly good pieces by painting them with a “distressed antique” finish that enhances the surface flaws with patina and makes them beautiful. They are copper with highlights of brighter gold, violet and a green “patina”. They have metallic teal glass eyes. These pegasus vary slightly in texture and color because every one is an individual.
