I’m sorry our forum has been glitchy lately and Sarah’s photo did not post. She has posted a picture of the Galapagos Tortoise on the Facebook Official Fan Club page.
I have been finding that for a while now, when I post a new topic on the forum, when I press “submit” I get a “bad gateway” notice. I then go back to the forum and have a look, and every time my new topic has been posted to the forum.
If you are posting a new topic and get a bad gateway when you press “submit”, don’t give up right away – go back to the forum and have a look and your topic may already be posted. Clay is aware of this issue and has been trying to resolve it.
On the general display of the forum, I liked it when more active topics showed at the bottom. Now they disappear very quickly.
If you are not sure about your color choice when ordering a Paint-Your-Own, you may request a 2nd pair of eyes in another color – or describe what color you would like to have and let us send what we find seems closest to your description – and we will send an extra set. Later on, when you are sure you will never use the extra eyes, you can mail them back to us! -Susie@windstoneeditions.com
Hi dragonmedley, The Metallic Tan eyes vary a bit in shade but they are the eye color that the Atlantis color dragons wear.
To see the items that you have waitlisted, log into your Windstone account, hover over your name in the upper right corner to see the account drop down menu. Hover over “shop” to reveal another drop down menu, the last item of which is “waitlists”. Click on “waitlists” and you can view the items you are waiting for and remove any you no longer desire. This won’t tell you where you are on the list, however will confirm that you are on the waitlist.
We accidentally labeled the Electric Tangerine Young Dragon “Razzle Dazzle” – sorry for any confusion! (He felt festive!)
Thank you Pawpad for pointing this out! The Young Qi-Lin in Ivory should show up in the Unicorns and Ki-Rins section – and I don’t know why it isn’t! I’ll ask Clay, our webmaster for help!
I am sorry “ehrie”, we have not made the Dragon Sconce in quite a few years and have not plans to make more in the near future. Its very unlikely that any of our dealers still have one in stock.
