Don’t feel bad, drag0n. I have a good idea for a photo and all my materials are in, but I won’t have a chance to set it up before this Friday or over the weekend. Glad the deadline is on October 31st!

Don’t feel bad, Drag0n. I took a couple pics around the house, but I’d really love to go to the beach for a couple ideas I have. I don’t live too far from the ocean, the weather has been good, but I have NO BLOODY TIME! I may be stuck with the old scratcher photo and the handful of yard shots.

Can we send ones with a pet in the photo? Also I know it says you can send 6 pics, but I have some pics that I have a close up version and a wider version or two different angles so is it possible that 2 angles of the same photo can count as 1 so you can see what would look best yourself?

Would a prop such as this toy wolf pup violate the copyright rule? It has no manufacturer’s mark.

or this fake orchid, someone somewhere made it but I got it at a thrift store and it’s unmarked?
(and if I were to use it, it needs to be retaken oriented horizontally)

Those are cute photos! Well my mom and I narrowed our choices down and both sent our photo entries. Because we share a collection she took some photos of some pieces I have posted before but in new settings. I hope one of ours makes it!

It would be best not to use any art made by someone else! All art is automatically copyrighted, whether or not it is marked. Use real props, like flowers or mushrooms!

Well I dusted off the laptop and after a few hours I managed to get a set of 6 pictures I liked enough to submit! Of course I screwed up the 1st email and I needed to swap one out. >_< Hopefully it was okay.

no fungi, it hasn’t rained recently… 🙁

I went ahead and sent mine in, they’re not great but best I could do. I work from tomorrow morning until Friday night, so this is my last chance.

How about- maybe after Thursday so it can’t be said to be interfering with the selection- posting some of your photos here? I had a couple that came out okay but I didn’t end up sending in. But I enjoy seeing everyone’s photos!
