Calico looks like he might have some Irish Wolf Hound mixed in with him.
Timber might have possibly a little Newfy (Newfoundland) – that guess comes mainly from the nice glossy black coat he has.
Both of your doggies are very pretty. 🙂

With Calico shaved, his head looks like a Great Dane or Rhodesian Ridgeback. But your animated gif is a Great Dane so that seems logical. Along with poodle. Timber – another stab – border collie with beagle. Or retriever with beagle.

Since Calico is 1/4 poodle, he is kinda a doodle! But no lab.

No collie in Timber.

Calico has been guessed to be wolf hound, but he has none!

Timber has no Newfy, but her coat does look like she does!

I’ve always wanted a blue Great Dane! But alas Calico has none in him, nor Rhodesian.

Timber, yes retriever in her background, but no border nor beagle.

Timber is part Australian shepherd?

And, bloodhound for Calico, for no particular reason other than that was the first thing I thoght when I saw the shaved down pic 🙂
