We like to put bird seed out for the birds in the front yard of our new house and recently I have noticed some cute critters through the window so decided to get some pictures of them. We get lots of little birds like sparrows and finches and get some squirrels as well although I didn’t get pictures of them this time.
I think these quail are so cute! They like walking through our yard and digging the bird seed up out of the snow with their feet.
Here are our wild hares that blend in very well with the landscape. We counted 4 that came around that night.
Lastly, these are the two skunks that used to come around our old house in the last few months. They lived under the porch and ate the cat food that we put outside for the stray cats. They were cute and shy and never sprayed our cats. We felt bad moving and not being able to feed them anymore. Hopefully they find more food around the neighborhood.
