      So I’ve been staring at my Peacock Young who’s much duller than my other Peacock dragons, and I’ve been wondering if I could possibly give him another glossy clear coat…

      What do you think?

        Two of my dragons have that to. I would love to know what kind of clear coat to get to make both of them as glossy as the other ones.

          not sure if this helps but just the other day I fixed an Amethyst Male and I clear coated him once with the stuff I normally use, and he looks shiney and new 🙂

          I use Design Master clear Gloss.

              I’ve re-clearcoated more production windstones than I can count. I do not like matte finishes on production pieces, and sometimes not even satin.

              I’ve used both brush on and spray can to re-clearcoat.

                The one I use is a spray on, comes in a can like spray paint 🙂

                  So for those who have done it: Which would you say is easier to use?

                  And if spray-on: Do you cover the eyes/jewels?

                    Yes, cover the eyes and jewel(s) when using the can spray.

                    In terms of easier… that’s your opinion. Brush on sealer takes more time than just the quick spray can… but you don’t have to mask eyes/jewels. You can also many sure every inch is covered.
                    The spray can is quicker though.
