this by far is the strangest message sent to me by a buyer on ebay. holy dairy cows man! 😮 is we aliens?

        Dear grayfire_artz,

Hello, we are the high bidder on your auction. We make a payment after the auction ends but allow us 2-3 business days for the orders on weekends. Please do not include any bonus item that isn’t on the description as we will have to discard it.
It would be a great help if you could write all the eBay item numbers on the package/shipping label. Also if you have an extra time, please go to the URL at the bottom of this message and provide the shipping information. After completing the form on the URL, you will receive a positive feedback. If you cannot access to the URL, simply send us the tracking information through eBay message or PayPal. Please bear in mind our follow-up messages will be sent automatically until we receive the shipping information through the URL or until we receive the item.

lol looks like it’s a store in an airport? They seem very particular about the way they want things done

Strange, yes, but it is legitimate. They are like a middleman for mostly Japanese buyers. You send the item to them in California, and they send it on to their buyer overseas. They bid under several eBay IDs, buy all kinds of things, and sell nothing. I assume they want the info on the box and notification of when the item is shipped to make their processing of wins easier, because they do buy such a huge number of items.

I learned about them when they bought my Pearl Griffin on eBay. I checked them out on the Internet and finally decided there was nothing to worry about when I read what they are and how they operate. It took them about a week to pay, but other than that, they were okay.

Yeah, I was gonna say, it sounds like what Celga does. e.e I use them to buy stuff on Yahoo!Japan’s auctions. =) I dunno if they use the royal ‘we’ when talking to the sellers, though…haha.

I’ve sold to them several times.. like everyone else said, they’re just a middle man.. but easy to deal with.. the messages just seem weird because they are sending it in English that isn’t their primary language…

Yes, if English is their second language, the message could come across weird. It brought the mind some instructions I was going by to put an item together some time back and the item originated in Korea. It read like put A to B Screw! From what everyone else is saying, the people you’re dealing with are fine!

Has anyone done business with Shop Airlines America, Inc. with any negatives like this?:

                    http://forums.ebay.com/db1/topic/New-To-Ebay/Shop-Airlines-America/510143053

They won 2 of my auctions and the only request I have received is for the item number to be put on the outside of the package.

Did anyone do the extra Delivery Confirmation (with or without Return Receipt)? Did you include an invoice inside the box?

Did you have to prepare the shipping label/tracking before being paid?

Just wanted to get a feel for what the procedure is with these guys….

                    Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

I dealt with them a long time ago and didn’t have a problem with them either. Just remember to keep all paperwork, delivery confirmation, insurance, etc, for 120 days so you can prove to Paypal you sent it, if needed.

It took them about a week to pay, but I think that is due to the large volume of orders they process. I made my own shipping label, not one prepared online. I shipped UPS and used their normal tracking that is automatically included, and I also had UPS include the eBay number right on their label.

I also put the eBay item number on the top of the box and on all four sides. When I shipped, I sent the tracking number to them on the form they provide on their website. It asks for the carrier, the shipping date, the tracking number, the expected delivery date, etc. Their wording is sometimes a bit odd, but that is due to English not being their native language.

They ask that nothing else be included with the item, so I didn’t. Their system is pretty automated; they do not need/want an invoice because everything they need to know is connected to that eBay auction number, which is why it is so crucial to put it everywhere. I think anything else is thrown out and just slows them down. I put my Windstone in its box, surrounded it with a healthy dose of peanuts and shipped. If you follow their instructions, you will be fine. I would guess that people who had problems did not follow their instructions.

The only down side is that you do not have contact with the actual buyer, so there is no feedback as to whether the buyer loves it, hates it, etc. You will get their standard feedback message, and that is definitely odd due to the translation. 😆

I’m pretty sure these were the people who bought my Skyfire Kirin. I totally forgot to put the item number on the box. I sent them an email apologizing about it, but never heard anything back. Positive, negative, or otherwise. 😕

                            Got a busted Windstone?

I believed I have done business with them as well. Both times they payed quickly and had no problems.
