Male Hearth....one day🤞Dream on.April 25, 2010 at 9:58 pm #812794WOW!! 😮 he is intensely cute. my mom has a couple of mini horses and they are so adorable. i can’t even imagine what this guy looks like in person!
April 25, 2010 at 10:16 pm #812795AnonymousOMG That’s so cute!! Although, he may not turn out to be so good to ride on. But for a monkey it’d be really neat LOL I didn’t read the article, just saw the photo posted; I will assume the parents were miniature horses, too. While it IS really cute, I sometimes wonder with the humans need to altar genetics so much, what outlandish things we may create – I know unicorns are being created but so far, no dragons (or at least none with wings?) LOL
There is a mini horse farm on our drive down south to Carbondale, we see the little horses out in the field – not sure what they do with them but they’re cute to look at. Also saw a whole gaggle of wild turkey not too far down the highway hanging out in an empty field, crazy birds LOL We came back seven hours later, those turkeys were still there (not fenced in, these were wild birds). I’m hoping they’ll be there next drive down, because I will remember my camera (haha).

My wish too. Also they are looking at using them as service animals. The advantage being the longer lifespan. ( and having a really cool seeing eye horsie 😆 ) 😀
April 26, 2010 at 1:46 pm #812800Do these minis get genetic problems like dogs?
April 26, 2010 at 9:51 pm #812801He`s lovely 🙂

I can imagine they do. But still, the little guy is adorable. He even made it into the papers over here!
April 27, 2010 at 4:43 pm #812803Cute as anything but I also worry about those genetic problems. Was it meant to be for a horse to be that small? They look good for hugging and stuff and I wonder about their temperament. I’ve heard that smaller horses tend to be meaner–short man syndrome? Oh well, they’re cute–maybe our horse experts on the forum can give insight!
