Maybe whoever is bidding is convinced the Pearl Pink (or that shade in particular, she does look a little dark) was seriously limited production. Or REALLY likes pink. Or got into one heck of a nasty bidding war… the sky’s the limit on speculation.
Either way, congrats to that seller if the bid’s legit. I’m sure they weren’t expecting anything like that. 🙂
The same bidder has been bidding really high on the ebay tabby cats. I’m not sure if it’s a forum member or not. 😕
I dont know but dang… if they ever decide to sell, they may have a hard time getting their money back.
Ah, I just mentioned that in the Pink SK thread 😳 Well, at least a couple of buyers must have really, really wanted that pink curlie for it to go that high. The seller is going to be very, very happy come auction close.
I saw him as well and just about choked when I saw that. It’ll be interesting to see what the final price is.
I’m not bidding since I already have my Pink Curlie but I wish I was the one selling these high items!!
