      Finally some closure. I paid for an item (Em Pea curl) on Mar 17. Sent her messages on Mar 28 and April 8 via the Ebay system to ask about my shipment. No reply. Sent her other messages through email. No reply. Opened a claim, no reply. Escalated claim to a dispute. She replied on the very last day claiming it was sent by registered mail and gave a tracking number. First of all, you can’t send parcels registered, that service is no longer available, and the tracking number she gave was invalid. So finally, after more than a month, Paypal has decided in my favour and returned my money. I have left her negative feedback and would strongly advise against anyone doing business with Erin Simmons, Ebay id Fuzzyscales. Who used to be Whippetluv on this very forum. I am not the first of her victims on this forum or on Ebay. I just wanted to warn anyone here against dealing with her in the future.

          That’s the same seller I won a griffin from! I thought the address sounded familiar, but I wasn’t positive. I’m glad you were able to get your curl. I just had my pearl white griffin male arrived today (speedy shipping when it was eventually shipped). One stone is missing (I can deal with that since I can replace it- since the auction said ‘sold as is’, so I’ll abide by that), but the certificate is not with him, which the auction stated. I’m waiting to see what her response is, to see if she makes it right, before I post feedback. It’s not the end of the world, since the sculpture itself is fine otherwise (the pad is stained on the edge – not sure why, but I don’t plan on reselling and the signature is ok), but I would like that certificate, since the auction said it was there and it is an LP windstone. We shall see…

          You may be able to request a replacement certificate from Windstone, and I am sure you can get a new stone from them as well. Never hurts to ask, but I am pretty sure Susie can fix you up on the certificate thing if you ask her.

            Thanks. I’ll keep that in mind about the certificate if I don’t hear anything back. I know people have mentioned getting a replacement stone before, so I’m not as worried about that. Her response also will decide what type of feedback I leave, so I’m waiting to see.

              It kinda sounds like what I’m going through. I won a peacock hatchling and a young peacock dragon a few weeks ago. I have always had good luck with ebay before, but this one worries me. She hasn’t been replying to my questions. I guess I’m spoiled because all of my ebay transactions have been positive. This seller, if I didn’t know better, seems to be avoiding me. Probably because I got a really good deal and she’s waiting for me to cancel my payment and try to re-auction the dragons and get a higher sale 😡 Maybe I’m just paraniod…..

                holy freekin cow jasmine!! i was wondering how everyone was doing in regards to getting that last batch of items from her! sheesh! i am sooooo very glad for you that you got your money back!! yay! too bad you had to fight for it, but at least you DID get it back and you were able to leave negative feedback too to warn other people! congrats! 😀

                That is so dissappointing, I always thought of Whippetluv as being pretty honest, but over time I know she has let down a lot of people. I wonder what is going on in her life to make her so undependable, cause before she left the forum she seemed pretty reliable to me.

                I am glad you got your money back, it’s a bummer she’s become so flaky.

                  This is actually not the first time I’ve heard of problems with her (although, the other times were related to furry art/My little ponies).

                  So I can’t say I’m really all that surprised, I’m just surprised it took this long.

                      oh wow. I am sorry you had to deal with that. but it looks like you did everything right in how you handled the situation and then warning us after the situation was finaly handled.

                        Actually, that’s what I was thinking that Whippet is doing. She’s seen them go up to a couple hundred for one and I’m thinking that she didn’t send so she can sell for more.
