These guys are incredible in person. I was just out with my dad in the photo studio as he was taking pictures, and I gotta say, the texture and detail of the paint is remarkable. I’m surrounded by these things all the time and the Lace Poads really stand out as being more nicely painted than the others.
Ok, I scurried right over to the store just in case the sugar poads had been listed (I know, highly unlikely but I just had to check) and I was surprised there are still black peacock poads available. Is there no black peacock poad love? Or did they just start out as a larger group so there are extras? Inquiring minds want to know! 😉

If memory serves, they made a huge batch of black peacock Poads ™ compared to the batches of Blue butternut and especially silver. The plain butternut Poads have been around much longer. 🙂

Chessie and I made a larger number of the black peacock ones.( it says we made about sixty, but there were even more than that.) We’ve sold as many of them as the others but there were more leftovers.
We will get the sugar poads™ into the store on Monday. Wow those are SOOO tempting! I’ll be out of town by Monday. I’m they’ll be sold out by the time I get back. I saw the one on Ebay before I saw this thread. I love this new coloring!
The Fine lace Poad™ is on ebay. This one is different from the rest of this edition of Lace poads™ because the lace pattern on this one is sharp, very finely detailed and nearly black instead of soft and chocolate colored. The photo makes her look a little distorted.
