Hi Melody,
I am a newbie to this forum. First let me say I love your Windstone statues. I buy one for my husband every Christmas. We really like the candlelamps the best and I was wondering how, if any way possible, to get a hold of a retired piece? I’m looking for the griffin candlelamp. It retired in 2004 and I can’t locate one anywhere. Will these be returning at all? If not any suggestions?

Niki in RIYes, they are retired. We don’t sell them anymore, but they have appeared on Ebay (though rarely).
Ask in the flea market section here. They are sometimes for sale by forum members.There are also knock-offs of that design around, so if you bid on one, be sure it is a real one. Ask if it has a grey Windstone pad on the bottom. If it doesn’t, be suspicious! The fake one I have has a red velvet pad, and is bronze colored.
When a piece is retired, we won’t re-issue it in the same color again, but it is possible we could make them again in a different finish. We don’t have plans to re-issue the griffin candle lamp. anytime soon, however, so Ebay is probably the best way to get one!Welcome to the forum! I’m so glad you have joined us!
