So last week I came home and found my sweet Shiro aka “Bitten” dead, curled p her fvortie spot. She mst have just gone in her sleep. She was older and not in great health, but we not expecting her loss at all. 🙁

Then, we lost Talia on Sunday. She had an upper respiratiry infection; we were treating it with meds, and she was responding, but when I got home Saturday night she was jaundiced. I ran her to the emergency vet. She did not respond to agressive treatment and was gone on Sunday. From her bloodwork, my vet suspects she might have had cancer or something else that had attacked her immune system allowing the viral infection to just take over.

Oh, and my 13yo GSD is also having health issues, so I might have to let her go in th next few weeks as well. We have been trying a med that has a 50/50 shot, but she does not seem to be responding.
