I love this function and I’ve been throwing out names for a while now. Problem is, I forget what I’ve already submitted and the form to look at each name, you have to click to open each one. Is there way to change that so it just so a list of submitted names without a click to open each submission? That way you all can get fewer repeats to weed through!

I agree, I’ve sent in several as well and this would be much easier to help prevent doubles or triples of the same names. Especially as it can take up to 5 minutes for the page to load letting you know that the name was submitted. And if you click on the submit button more than once it will end up submitting the same names however many times you clicked.

What about something simple, like a public google doc? In alphabetical order without usernames attached so it can be annonymous. That way, before submitting each user can check to make sure the name is a unique offering.

Yesterday I downloaded and printed everyone’s submissions. Over 600! Once I download the results I was able to arrange them alphabetically before printing them, and duplicates were very easy to spot. It actually wan’t much of a problem 🙂 Once we move to the new website there might be a way of setting things up so people can see the names that are already submitted.
